科教协同是应用型本科高校内涵式发展的契机
摘要:科研和教学是应用型本科高校教学的基本组成单位,二者的融合程度直接关系到学校发展的高度以及人才培养的质量。当前受教师激励和评价机制、科研反哺于教学的力度不足等因素的影响,二者的融合出现诸多问题。在科教协同理念的引领下,应用型本科高校需从二者的合理定位、科研的实用性、研究型教学、政策扶持等方面提升科教协同对应用型人才培养的效用。

Coordination of Scientific Research and Instruction: An Opportunity for Intrinsic
Development of Application-oriented Universities
Abstract: Scientific research and instruction are essential to
application-oriented universities, the extent of their integration having a
direct bearing on the level of development and the quality of talent
cultivation. However, with adequacies in the motivating and assessing systems
for teachers, and the feedback of scientific research on instruction, the
integration has confronted various problems. Following the guideline of the
coordination of scientific research and instruction, the university authorities
should heighten the effects of the coordination on applied talent education
from the perspectives of their rational positioning, research practicality,
research-directed instruction, and official support.
